Hi all,
I have been into classics and custom cars / trucks for about 30 years. My current daily driver is a 1977 american AMC Hornet fitted with a 4.2 litre straight 6 engine and auto transmission. It has been converted to run on LPG Autogas it does about 18mpg and I usually pay less than 50p per litre, cheap motoring or what !!! I am also building a Trike with a 1400cc Rover 'K series' engine and autobox and building a 1956 Ford Pop with a Pinto engine.

Welcome Smile
I am also in the West Midlands and into American cars/trucks and converting to LPG. I am currently restoring my 1964 International Harvester which now runs on LPG only.
Hope you enjoy the forum...
Allen

Hi Allen,
will do. At the moment I have had to take my Hornet of the road for a few days to get it ready for m.o.t. I have just had the rear leaf springs overhauled and uprated due to the extra weight of the LPG tank. I have done just under 6000 miles since last september.
