Hi
I have just bought an old battery charger, one used in the railway works, a big heavy thing, with various controlls, and various terminals on. The chap went all around how to use it, but complicated!! I think it will just live in the shed for now! Only £3, and a set of letter stamps, £1.
Cheers

Hi
Not quite as big phisically, but looks older than that to me! hehe
I will get pics if I have chance at the weekend. I come out in the dark, and go home in the dark at the minute! Looked for a maker, and can't see one on it.
That crypton one of yours is a starter too, isn't it? Does that do 12v and 6v? Be handy if it was a 6V starter, as 6 volts can be a bit awkward as we all know!
Cheers
