Can anyone tell me where this clock is that the gritters are working round?
It's not anywhere near me, that's for certain.

No idea where the clock is but I was impressed that a gritter did its stuff in my road, a residential cul-de-sac, at 9.45am on Monday.

Nowhere to be seen in Gloucestershire, nor much sign of the Police either. Yesterday was bedlam, cars scattered all over the place and terrible driving, but today is quiet, though I don't relish the prospect of being imprisoned till after the weekend, as suggested by the forecasts.

Come come, this road has clearly been gritted - the drivers probably preferred the view to towns and cities
