Hi, AFAIK they didnt come with one as standard. I suspect temp gauges back then would be plumbed into the top hose or else into the side of the header tank

I'd like to know what size sender fits in the later model. I have a 1958 100E. The sender sits right behind the top hose casting, but inevitably I can't check it without losing loads of coolant....and don't know the thread size so I can plug it while checking. If all else fails I could just remove it and change my coolant, but it would be great just to know.....
anyone know? |
