I have a steel visor on my marina estate (see morrismarinaecosse.com website.) They werent fitted to the marinas. I got mine off ebay.It was originally fitted to a mk1 Consul and I got a welder to add 2 inches into the middle. I had no gutter clips and the Minor sites wanted £45 per clip. I modified 4 mudflap clips and saved myself a good few quid. .....Crude but effective. It would be difficult to make a visor as it curves to the shape of the windscreen.
The visor on the marina is handy as it stops the rain running in and deflects falling pianos.
I like it on the estate..its different. ..........................Larry. _________________ The Clan Chieftain |
