Here are some photos from the Ayrshire road run. Another fantastic weekend. First one for BB.

This HA was in new condition.

And lastly star of the show for me was this old Austin.

Wow the Austin is fantastic isn't it - an Oz-bodied roadster ute do you think? reminds me of the Oz-built vehicles, and also of the (US) Model A roadster pickups et al.

Thought it might be your cup of tea Rick. It was originally a car and was converted to a pickup during the war so the owner could get extra fuel coupons, according to the owner. The photos really dont do this car justice. The owner also said he dose not clean it just wipes it with an oily rag now and again.

That old Austin looks to be a 20/4.

I hope to get mine out of storage later this year to do some more work on it.

Scotty, the HA was owned by a young lady who was rightly quite proud of it.

DM, yes the owner said it was an Austin 20. I hope the photos get you motivated to get yours dug out.
