can anyone tell me if the dot4 brake fluid for modern cars is suitable for the lockheed brakes on my1937 morris 8

Welcome to the forum, I have a few (4ish!) Morris 8's, Dot 4 brake fluid is fine.

Alan, welcome to this forum. Dot4 fluid had better be suitable for your 1937 Morris 8 cos that's what's in mine!

Thanks for your help everyone I guess dot 4 is ok then. I purchased the car in June this year, it’s a 1937 2 seat tourer, it’s in fairly good condition and has been in regular use on the road since its rebuild in the early 80s. The chap I bought it from had owned it for 25 years. When I get the hang of this computer thing I will try and post? Some photo’s
