Have you heard about the guy in Germany, (somewhere near Dusselldorf I think) that has an entire forest populated by old cars?

And these are not just any old cars - XK120's, vintage rally cars, Bentleys, plenty of rare and expensive stuff - you name it and it's probably there all left to quietly rot into the ground. Crying or Very sad

I can't find the weblink to it but this is the ultimate garden ornament sort of thing, send shivers down me timbers to think of it!

I've only ever seen photos myself, its funny how you never visit places that are almost on your doorstep. I believe there is a website for the place though..

You're right UJ, I just googled it and there are several. I'd love a walk around to take a few pic's!

This year the Citroen 2cv 'World-meeting' is being held in Sweden so expect to be inundated with little Citroens this summer.

Its OK, the meeting is well north of here, about 7 hours by car, 9 by 2CV. The trouble is, to go there nowadays they have to enter Sweden relatively local to me......

Dont worry, old nail, if the event was held in England, it would be the other way round, 7 hours by 2CV, 9 by car..... Laughing
