My classic car friends all thought, as I have discovered that I have been searching for the proverbial needle in a haystack, and not only that, on finding said needle would probably discover it to be a piece of rusty metal, or in the case of an awning, no longer fit for purpose.
So although I was looking for a 1978 Isabella awning, or slightly newer they persuaded me to buy the 1988 Isabella awning advertised on here as its condition appears to be as good as new. The awning is one size too big for my caravan but I spoke to the Isabella factory who confirmed the awning's specification and informed me that they commonly alter awnings by one size, and what's more have to modify any of their awnings to fit the perculiar awning channel height and shape on Carlights. Isabella are therefore collecting the awning for me and will deliver it once it has been modified to fit my caravan.

As per site t&cs with regard to ads, there needs to be some other form of contact info included, so that people who aren't members - but who wish to reply to an ad - can contact the advertiser. I don't set up logins just for people to contact advertisers then never return here.
