Using IE it can be quite slow, tried it with Chrome and it was much faster.

I think AOL uses IE, must sort out how to use it with Chrome.

I'm a long time Chromey - started so that Microsoft wasn't controlling everything on my PC & stuck with it - never had any problems with this site.
Have noticed that after reading a post the title changes to a dim colour but next day it's back to solid colour ie unread, cheers,JD.

Sounds like you have something set to clear cookies when you power down, or close down your browser (maybe?)

Installing any new browser will more than likely be quicker than the existing one, as it wont have acculated all the "baggage" that pc apps tend to get cluttered up with, also if you are running a 2 year old version of IE its bound to be slower than the latest Mozilla offering.

I like Chrome beause of the simple screen, I have the latest versions of IE, Firefox and Chrome on my laptop, can't say I notice anyone is partically different in downloading speed.

I have noticed that the ebay header sometimes holds up page loading and occasionally I get an error code suggesting I try later.
