You can do me a favour - could you include some Plasticine for my nephew who lives over there?
Can't see any problem with that - time clock, metal cylinder, Plasticine. No, that should be OK. |

Sorry, must learn to rein in my withering sarcastic wit.
I think you would have big problems; check with the Post Office. |

Rob,
I don't think you will have any problems. I've sent loads of stuff to Australia. You have to fill in a customs declaration when you post and the customs always have the right to open the package if they are not happy.

Just as Art has said - the customs declaration form gives you ample opportunity to describe the packet contents.
I send parts to the US and haven't had any returns or questions about them. A couple of my friends over there have received their items with a notice that the packet had been opened for security checks, but everything was there.
If in doubt I suppose you could give HM Excise & Customs (or whatever its called now) and have a chat with them - the price of a 'phone call would give you peace of mind. |

I was drinking a coffee when I read this. How do I get coffee and digestive biscuit out of my keyboard? _________________ 1936 Morris 8 Series 1
