Somebody asked me the same question in the pub last night. I don't think it's a Swallow but it definitely looks Austinish. Maybe a little bigger than a seven. An Austin 10/4 perhaps?

Austin definitly, well the radiator has the austin logo.
Can't make out the full reg but the first letter is A, looks like two letters, think the second is an L
and three numbers the numbers are 272

The reg on the police chara is 220.862 might be another number but obscured.

Think the car is a chummy

Hi
The back of the Austin reminds me a bit of Ricks Austin, or a Nippy.

Looks like a Nippy (or Type 65) to me, I'm sure it's an Austin 7 anyway.

I am certain that the car in question is a 1935 Austin 7 Nippy sports. The owner, who lives in South Africa where I understand the advert was filmed, is a member of the Vintage Austin Register, and, if you look carefully at the sticker on the windscreen you will see that it is one which we had made to commemorate the 'Register's 50th anniversary.
Cheers.
