Hi all,

Restoration project in Cheadle.

A little off-topic but never mind. My late uncle's house, something of a blank canvas renovation project, has gone on the market. Perfect for someone looking to buy in a nice area, who doesn't mind getting their hands dirty. The overgrown gardens have been cleared, leaving plenty of options for laying out grass, putting down a drive and with plenty of space to put up a good size garage. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, backing on to fields.

It needs the usual things - wiring, decoration - but is a good sound property, having originally being built as a private home, lived in by the family since it was put up new in the early 50s.

The agent's details are in the listing.
