This arrived this morning. Although perhaps at home in the UK it looks small when parked close to the pickup trucks. This vehicle is currently held "In Bond" (see passenger door window) awaiting customs clearance possibly some $$'s and will need an inspection before being allowed on the road.
Perhaps a "fun car" during our summer months. but not ideal for our harsh winters. No engine heater, severe cold lubricants or -50C antifreeze and windsceen washer fluid. |

Uh Oh !! Sorry Rob, didn't explain that too well.
I do work on behalf of the Canadian Rail Companies, and verify transportation damages for vehicles arriving at Winnipeg, on rail, from the car plants. New vehicles average about 2-3 hundred a day, but we also get some used vehicles, such as the Spitfire. New Porsche, Land Rover, Mercedes, BMW etc from Europe and all the vehicles manufactured in the far east.
Afraid the Spitfire doesn't tick any boxes for me these days... |
