A nice collection there Johnny, good to see the much maligned EA being looked after! I still have my coursework in the loft from a weeks training course at Cowley in the early 1970's on the EA and spent a lot of time working on them when I worked for a BMC dealer. Is it diesel or petrol?

Hi johnny1984, I am Maltese too but am not a great contributor on this forum, more of a lurker, I've got 2 minis and a hunter for the time being.
Nice collection you've got there, like the minx but overall like the landrover most, always wished I'd have one some day. |

Loved those Fiats - rusted in a heartbeat, but they never failed to make me smile when I drove them.
Italy's answer to the classic 3-box design, like the MkII Cortinas. |

Hi johnny, I am maltese too and presently I am helping my cousin in the restoration of a similar 1969 fiat 124 but with 1200cc engine and single lights at the front, belonged to his father from new!
Nice little cars and the 1200 is quite nippy so I imagine the 1400 to be better.
A relative of ours also has a 125S, also bought new and is for sale. |

hey bob, i haven't driven the fiat that much since it currently has no plates however the engine seems to be quite responsive. Got the papers from TM to apply for the classic car licence maybe some time soon i can get the plates back and hence meet some day on a sunday at Qawra . Does your friend have a spare boot lid by any chance cos mine doesn't seem to fit well in place! |

I am sure he has at least one but do not think he's willing to sell for obvious reasons but I'll ask him all the same.
Yes if you see me there at Qawra come up to me, you'll surely notice my green mini with its loud exhaust and weber carb.
If I see the fiat I'll surely recognize it and speak to you as well.
These are my minis btw, the green one is the noisy one, the blue one is quieter;
