I am considering down grading the cooker in my pre 1930 Eccles. It is currently fitted with a modern Calor gas twin hob + oven, all very nice but completely out of place. Seen a twin burner hob which the seller says it is from the 1940's and runs off butane. Can I use my 2005 calor regulator on this old hob? Advise and comment appreciated as always Smile

P.S. if I do go ahead I will be selling my current calor cooker which is a 2005 jobbie in very clean condition. Oven unused!
