Hi guys

I am new to the forum, budding with questions.
One question Is,Who,what where,when.
The previous owner of my triumph dolomite 1300 - removed all rear window stickers.. including the dealership sticker.(However he did take a photograph of the car, when he first bought it.) showing the slightest outline of the sticker.
However, recently I have just seen a very similar sticker in the back of a T2000. clearly showing "Morris-MG-Austin-Wolseley-Triumph" - the dealership name above couldn't be seen.

Does anyone have any idea's as to what the dealerships name could have been? and where? (any photographs of said sticker would be much appreciated.and any photographs of the dealers would be great!!)

Car was first registered in 1979. Regisration seems to imply SE london area.

Thanks in advance

Robert

If you contact the archives service at the Britisj Motor Industry Trust at http://www.heritage-motor-centre.co.uk/store/heritage-certificates-and-archive-services/archive-research-services/archive-research-service.html

They can probably tell you the dealer that first sold the car. It will cost £5.

I have sent off the DVLA V888 Form and I am currently waiting for a response.

Hopefully when this info pack turns up,I will be making contact with the british motiring heritage trust for a full certificate.

Do you think they might have dealership stickers in the archive?

Thanks
