Hello,
Did anyone hear this play broadcast at 2.15 on Friday afternoon 13th January.?
A nice nostalgic piece of motoring memories.
It told the story of a young boy growing up in the early 1960`s,and the trips they took in the family Morris Minor Traveller.
His father taught him how to service the car and taught him to drive.
Later on he passed his test in the car and went on to own an MG Midget.

Later on in his life he found driving on the crowded A roads and motorways very frightening,and nearly gave up driving all together.
He obviously had developed a fobia and needed help.

Well worth a listen on "i player."
