I have two questions:

What is it for?

Why are the headlamps so high?

My dream car of all time (a real one that is) what a great conversation piece to put in the lounge. Something would have to be done about those headlights though.

I wonder if it runs on Linseed Oil or Creosote?

A conversation piece?

"I've got a wooden car."
"Wooden...?"
"It's made of teak."
"You don't say..."
"It cost over £6,400."
"Really, what does it do?"
"Not a lot, it's made of wood."
"Hmmm..."

Hi
Have you seen the vendor's other offerings?
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Mercedes-Benz-300-Gullwing-300-Gullwing-Mercedes-300-Gullwing-Replika-hand-made-off-teak-wood-/200824649841?pt=US_Cars_Trucks&hash=item2ec214f871

I haven't been able to twig whether he has any other retail branches.

At a current bid of 10k, I think he is barking up the wrong tree.

Does the owner keep a log and what is in the trunk ?
