I am helping a friend clear his garage this Saturday (18-06-12).

There are about 30 old unused/ reconditioned leaf springs to dispose of plus a Singer axle with springs and two disc wheels.

The springs are off smaller vehicles the longest being about 3 ft long.

Most of them are labeled as to what vehicle they fit, (one is labeled Morris 10), If there is likely to be any interest in them I will post a list here after the weekend along with what he wants for them.

Pricing will be sensible as he would like to see them go to people who can make use of them.

There may be other parts to go once we have sorted through the garage.

Not too much there now,

Springs-
Armstrong Sidley front
Morris 10 front (Pair)
Hillman (Pair)
The rest of the labels are illegible.

Various tin draws with Gromets, springs etc, look to be distributor parts.

Various tubs of bulbs.

About 8 timing chains.

Some old tatty spark plug tins.

16 two Gallon petrol cans.

About 8 lubricant / oil bottles.

Small draw of reflectors/ lamps.

5 universal bendix springs.

Delco shock absorber oil tin, quite good condition but empty.

Newnes Motor Repair and Overhauling Vols 1 to 4.

The Modern Motor Engineer Vol 1 to 4 plus Electrical Diagrams 4th Ed 1948.

The Book of The Motor Car Vol 1 to 3, original owners inscription dated 26 Feb 1919.

British Repair Manual Cars 1952 Edition, This one I have not come across before so will keep it for my collection.
Quite interesting though as it covers 23 diffferent makes from Allard to Wolsely with comprehensive specs.
Along with a good service section covering -
Andre shock absorbers, Girling Hydraulic Dampers, S.U Petrol Pumps, Adjustment of bevell gears, various carb's, Brakes, Clutches etc

Sadly there was no interest in any of this, I have just found out that most of it went to the tip.
