At the moment I am enjoying TV on a Saturday. Starting with Pointless. Allexander Armstrong and Richard Osman are really funny. Then its on to Strictly come Dancing which I enjoy. Then the X Factor which is the worst for years. Only decent singer is Jahmene. But its worth the watch just to see Tulisa Cool I then watch Take me out. (some babes on that) I think Paddy is hilarious. Then its supper and a visit to the forum. Laughing Laughing

I tend to spend Saturday nights in the Kitchen with a decent book or the latest car magazine, as my wife objects to me shouting 'cut the BS and get on with the dancing' at the so-called judges whose egos outstrip their talents by several sizes. Evil or Very Mad

On the other hand we both enjoy watching programmes on BBC4 like the excellent Richard Wilson series that Richard H mentioned on another thread. This Wednesday he is learning to drive a manual car, so hopefully plenty of BMC action there. Also tonight on BBC4 a programme about trams, which could interest a few here. Finally, try and catch the 'Look at Life' documentaries that pop up from time to time; even though they are nominally about things such as work and leisure they have a lot of 60s vehicles in the street scenes Very Happy

Happy viewing, Geoff

We've all but given up on TV at the weekends, yesterday evening we watched the film Valkyrie. This afternoon it's the final GP of the season, so that'll keep me quiet for a few hours Smile

Hey Marina Estate, sounds like you need therapy!!! Can I suggest purchasing something old and rare and currently residing in several tea chests etc, then you can spend your Saturday nights usefully trawling Ebay for that left hand 2BA threaded widget that was only fitted to your model year and which has been unobtainable since 1957 (which is, of course, why it is missing from your tea chests!!!)
