I see in the latest Practical Classics there is a VSCC event on at a pub in Suffolk on New Year's Day. As I will probably be in the area on that day anyway, I was wondering how welcoming members are of non-members with 'moderns' ('59 A35). Would I be able to turn up and park with the pre-1930 cars or am I likely to get turned away?

Cheers

Richard.

Hi Rich

You won't get turned away.

I'm off to a VSCC gathering on NYD also. Sometimes classic cars attending park off to one side of the vintage motors, not a snobby thing it's just to keep the "vintage" line-up looking continuous that's all. Worth a trip if you can make it I suspect.

Please take some piccies if you go!

Hi Rick,

Excellent, thank you very much.

Incidentally, the VSCC Suffolk meeting is at the Queen's Head, Hawkedon. IP29 4NN. There's also events at the Ace Cafe and Brooklands Museum in the South East, plus lots of others across the country.

I'll definitely take my camera if I go!

Cheers

Richard.
