I would like to meet everyone because their interests are so varied. I would find Buzzy bee..Pigtin.. Penman and Colwyn500(Peter) particularly interesting. Hopefully I will meet Peter at some point this year but as I said it would be nice to meet everyone but its not possible.

There may be opportunity for a few forum-ers to cross paths in one place later in the year, but I'll leave it to the member who is hatching a plan to elaborate when ready Smile

I'd like to meet me, I'm not sure we'd get on though!

My calendar is filling up fast so don't keep it quiet too long - whoever you are...

I've twice forgotten to visit buzzy bee when I've been in his area. I'll be there again in July. Third time lucky?

And I suppose I'll have to talk to BrianM again when I see him in Germany, even though he's got a Safari.............!

But aside from that, I'm always happy to meet any fellow enthusiast.

It's nice there's a few Essex based members on Oldclassiccar, most forums I'm on seem to have no one local! Especially the Austin ones, where the majority of the membership seems to be around the Midlands and SW.

One of the things that miserable b******s like me find good about a forum like this is we don't have to meet anyone. No offence meant; some great people here!!!

To elaborate on Rick's cryptic comment - I have his agreement to the creation of an "Old Classic Car Members Stand" at the event I organise on the 14th July 2013 at the Royal Gunpowder Mills, Waltham Abbey (On the Essex Herts border - 5 minutes from J26 on the M25)

Details of last years event http://www.oldclassiccar.co.uk/forum/phpbb/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=12294

So what I now need are members to fill the stand. Full details and an entry form will be available this week. Initial information about the event is on my website www.motordata.co.uk

There will also be a Classic Caravan Event from the Friday afternoon to the Monday morning, you can arrive and leave anytime.

Anyone who wants a entry form emailed to them, contact me on Motordata@aol.com
