As it's my 70th birthday today, my family took me out to dinner last night. Wonderful evening, but the best bit was that Herself and I were driven by a lovely guy driving an immaculate 1959 Ford Zodiac!!!!!!!!!!!
What a way to start an evening for a classic car nut!

Thanks kids, it was marvellous.
And thanks Glyn, you're a gent.

Emmerson. Happy Birthday and many more to come. Always admired your lifestyle that makes sure you enjoy life (who wouldn't with your lovely wife Anne - I'm still a creep!!). Often recall the happy days when I often camped near you at various rallies (still got the knitted warmer somewhewre!!!). Hope you have planned all the trips in the Royale for this year.
Used to drive around in a 62 Zodiac in the early 70s - sliding around on the bench seat.

Dave

Thanks Dave. Aye we did have some good times when we were young and poor! Now I'm old and poorer. We won't tell everyone what the warmer was for, but you surely don't need it out there?
(btw, Anne is still lovely, even 49 years on!)

Emmerson

I've been out and about for the last couple of days and so missed your momentous announcement.

So a belated happy birthday.
