G'day BT,

The link you have given leads me up the garden path but..... If you are talking about the British Caravans makers pre WWll I have it and I think it is excellent...... read the book description on the Amazon site.

I wish we had something similar on the Australian vintage caravan history, although I'm sorry to say it would only be a tenth the size of this one..... at most.

Got my copy last week. A great feat of research, but I would have liked more about the general scene over the decades, rather than a series of potted one-make histories.

But it will become the definitive reference source for pre-war caravans, and the author says he will welcome suggestions and corrections to be included in volume 2.

Strange that it is discounted from a publishers price of £35 to just £22 plus £3 postage from Amazon. I'm not complaining though.
