Other than my tax disc I only have a small AA Relay sticker at the top of my windscrren. Years ago some drivers had the rear screen splattered with triangular stickers from everywhere they had visited or Tiger in the tank stickers. I will admit to having had my name and my passengers name at the top of the windscreen. but that was years ago Did you have stickers on your windows.? _________________ The Clan Chieftain |

in the old days, i fitted a sticker from every show / car meet I attended with my Volvo 122 Sport, but when I restored it (1985) I removed them all, but I kept them in a portfolio.
The onle one of my Mini,s who has a sticker, is the Green one.
on one of my trips to UK, I passed a Mini dealer ship (think it was Warwickshire) and got a rear screen sticker, as I thought it would look nice with a UK dealer sticker. _________________ http://www.eurods.eu/wp/index.html |

Many years ago, my boss was the proud (?) owner of an Australian Leyland P76.
I was nasty enough to buy him a sticker for his back window:- "THIS CAR WAS MADE IN A LEMON FACTORY"
He actually put it on his windscreen, something I'll always admire him for!
My current Mitsubishi Magna has a sticker on the windscreen that tells the world, "MY OTHER CAR IS AN AUSTIN SEVEN"
Before I sold my Kombi, the sticker on the rear window proclaimed that: - "SPEED KILLS - DRIVE A VOLKSWAGEN AND LIVE FOREVER"!
I do find some of these stickers very amusing, and we don't have licence stickers to pollute the windscreen any more!

I think I had the bullet holes when they came out. I can't remember which petrol company did them now. Was it Texaco?

Did I have stickers? I still do!
I've been thinking of getting a David + Gael sunstrip for the windscreen. It should look good with the furry dice, don't you think? Across the bottom of the rear screen is www.rileymotorclub.org |

Stickers on my vehicles?
No way.
Even on the moderns, the first thing I do is to remove the dealer stickers from the rear windows. _________________ Starting Handle Expert

ESSO tiger tail and sticker, near side boot corner and bumper.
I was not allowed one as a nipper, (I had a deprived childhood!), my Old Man was Operations Manager for PetroFina.
The windows have the 5star fuel rating sticker, near side rear by fuel filler, and the barely visiible Rover Cars sticker in rear screen centre. |

Radio Caroline - just seeing the name takes me back to the pirates' era and listening to Kenny and Cash on Radio London. I must find some period stickers for my Riley! |

Mine - A RNLI sticker; my wife's - an Archers sticker. Is there anywhere I can buy another sticker with an arrow pointing to it and saying 'It's hers not mine'
