The window and door handle look suspiciously like Renault Dauphine.Weren't they used as mini cabs by some outfits? |

I agree with the Dauphine - there are very few cars of this era with a vertical division like that to the rear window. It cannot be a Saab, as they were only 2-door, and this is plainly a rear door view. |

The proportions suggest it may be a Dormobile or similar van based vehicle. |

Dauphine may be a good call but my suggestion is Fiat 600 Multipla. |

A quick web search suggests then that if it is a Fiat 600 Multipla and you happen to have been born in Italy it could well be a taxi!
