Can anybody recommend anywhere in the East Midlands (Notts/Derby/Leics) where I can go for new seat foam and covers making. Material must be similar to the original in our '67 Castleton van.

Thanks
Jayne

Tockfield Upholstery in Alfreton have a good reputation. Not used them myself, but know folk who have.
Just Google "Tockfield"

You could try Beauvale at Ilkeston, they make, or used to, when I worked for them most of the caravan covers and foam in the UK for the caravan manufacturers, they may help.
