Hey

Show me some small running commercials, pickups, vans and flatbeds, not too big, and have to be going and on the road as to use it straight away, NO PROJECTS!!

See if you can get me interested in anything.

Got to be Tax Exempt.
Can't be a 109 Land Rover, (as I have one) (Could be a SWB variety)

Budget up to and including 5k or there abouts.

Cheers

Dave

What use do you want to put it to, and is this just for local pottering or cross-country (ie distance) expeditions?

Well just local work, odd run to the scrap yard, maybe take it to a few rallies, not normally more than 30 odd mile.

Ernie would be good if a little slow, but I need it up and ready at the moment, as you know... lol

Smile

Cheers

Here you go, a personal favourite of mine (although I've never even sat in one, nor seen one), the Renault Juvaquatre. Neat to look at, useful, parts are available in France so a good excuse for a holiday, so what's not to like?? Smile

3500 Euros (or £3k give or take)

If a trip to France isn't on the cards, simplest and easiest would be a Moggy van. Good to drive, parts available without problem, you should find a tidy one within budget. An A60 van is another possibility within budget, but will take more hunting down to find a good one.

Moggy vans have been considered, but they just don't seem to get me excited. No offence to any moggy van owners on here, I like moggy cars, which is odd.

Maybe a Bedford CA then? a little larger, rarer too. There aren't too many reasonably-sized, easy-to-run-on-a-daily-basis, light commercials around sadly. Can you find a Citroen H van on budget?

Hey buzzy why don't you go back to your roots and buy a minivan?
Plenty still around (though many tampered with), parts readily available, easy to tune for everyday use and great handling.
I'd love a pickup version myself but prices are astronomical!!
Sad
