Doesn't look like a Winchester to me and definitely not a 1920's one. They were box shape caravans. In fact it looks more like a home build of the 1950's. But could be wrong on the home build bit as there were a lot of small firms about at the time making a few caravans a year. but absolutely worth saving and restoring.
