Pity Gillings got to it first.
Nobody ever contacts me about a garage that needs emptying because the estate is being sold.
With Frogeye`s fetching good money it was worth the effort getting this out of the very tight space it was found in.
Poor old thing looked like it had been dumped in a supermarket trolley.

If the car is still registered, then there's no problem.
If not, you would need some piece of original paperwork, confirming that the chassis number belongs to a car with that registration number. An old logbook is perfect, but if that doesn't exist then a new owner's only hope is to try and see if original, pre-computerised (pre-DVLA), records exist in a local council's archive for that car.

Makes you wonder how many suburban garages are hiding a treasure like this.

Definitely........
It is a bit like living in a large or small town.....you are non descript, you just melt in.
You can live in a street for years and not know the person who has lived in a nearby house until they die and you see the house for sale.
These are the circumstances where interesting items are turned up.
