Seller doesn't seem to mention the "upgraded" engine! In fairness he does say "Sold as photos."

In the very early days of my apprenticeship I used to help maintain one of these. I seem to recall that the engine was either a pre-war Austin 7 side-valve or a very close copy.
I cannot see any mention of "up-rated engine" in the listing.

The one for sale has an ohv engine and not a reliant side valve, hence the upgrade comment.
