Do you allow Wink your significant other (where applicable), or indeed any other family member, to take to the road behind the wheel of your pride and joy? or are they off-limits?

'Erindoors has driven a few of mine over the years, although I can't see her driving the tourer or the truck anytime soon (the last one she drove was either the Standard Companion or the 34 Minor).

Yes, my wife drives my Light 15 on occasions and is itching to drive the Riley 9 Special when I have completed the re-build! (xx years)
My son would drive also but age/insurance is prohibitive at the moment...

My wife has been insured to drive my old car for the last 20 years but has never driven it. She's not a natural driver and has absolutely no desire to drive anything that adds additional challenges.

I've offered but she always declines.
She doesn't like manual steering and brakes.

Herself would love to drive the Range Rover, but sadly, has had to relinquish her licence for health reasons, so she has never driven any of the five RRs we've had; nor did she ever drive the Morris traveller.
My son is insured on the RR, but has only driven it once.

My wife drives them all and has her own classic she bought when she passed test over 4 decades ago. She does not drive the P2 very often though and often drives one of the Land Rovers in bad weather

Partner doesn't drive as she is epileptic. I have a friend on the insurance for 1 of the cars but other than on a show field he has only driven it about 400 yards to a local garage to have the tyres changed

Wife, Son and Daughter are all insured on the Amazon, my wife won't even travel in it, son shares the driving on longer road trips, daughter has tried it, but didn't like the steering.

I always put my wife on the insurance but she's never driven one of the cars. A few years back whilst jumping down off the back of a lorry I hit my chest and broke a rib or two, very painful! My wife with no previous commercial driving experience very competently drove the old lorry home, and she enjoyed it!

My wife does not drive, but my mum does use the blue mini every now and then!
The other two are only driven by myself!
