Yes, but would you be able or dare to use a car like that.

Yes, of course! Lots of classics only get used for high days and holidays, and a thousand miles per year on this won't dramatically affect its condition.
At 60,000 miles its hardly low mileage, is it? There are classics out there with less than 20,000 miles that I would be happy to own and use without altering their low-mileage status. |
