I always wondered why a person of such charisma, intelligence and original ideas wastes so much of his time being ridiculed by the two idiots in Top Gear?
Perhaps there is a more steady, reliable income from Top Gear?
Jim.

Equally I wonder why the tall one has to make himself into an idiot when he is capable of such documentaries as his:-
The Victoria Cross for Valour.
The Greatest Raid of All Time (Dieppe)
PQ17. An Arctic Convoy Disaster.

I suppose it is all down to your last sentence. Shocked

Can you imagine how much money those three get paid? Maybe £2million a year, partly from the programme and partly from spin-offs
