Sold for £1200.
An embarrassingly small amount for an increasingly rare P6.
Someone I know managed to get only £400 for a very early (1968) P6 3500
two years ago. A one owner car, no MOT, running and driving and stored for 20+ years. _________________ Starting Handle Expert

The P6 problem is the outer panels can hide a whole world of heart ache and money loss, so a "barn find" can scare off customers unless they vendor can demonstrate the base unit is O.K. On the P6B, fuel consumption is also a problem to some purchasers. Then the complex non conventional suspension can scare people off. A P6 is like a British Citroen DS, but a lot cheaper.
On the plus side spares are plentiful and club support is good. |
