Ain't the internet wonderful??
In 2002 I researched a certain James Starley and his nephew John K. Starley, and wrote a magazine article from my research. Just recently I was asked to pass the story to another minor publication, but thought that I might do a little more investigating first. Lo and behold, lots more on-line information has come to light. Unfortunately some is clearly inaccurate, but now I am re-researching to bring my original tale up to date with new additional material.
Incidentally, I remember the newspaper and wireless stories of the Andrea Doria sinking when it happened. _________________ Dane- roverdriver but not a Viking. |
