HI out there,
need some advice....I need 2 front bucket seats, they need to be on the small/narrow size.....these are for a 1928 Citroen C4 Pick-up...
the originals were just cushions nailed to a box and the back rest was also fixed the same way to the rear panel (tongue and groove).......
What I would like is for the backrest to fold down and then the whole seat tip forward.....Morris 1000's are just a bit to big and am not sure where else to look.....any ideas.....not bothered about the upholstery as they will be redone and even the frames can be damage....don't even mind if there is only one, I can copy it for the other side.....was thinking about Austin A30 2 door or perhaps an early Mini...but I don't have access to other vehicles for a look C..
hope someone can help as I'm getting close to the drive out.....

The ones in my Peugeot D4B sound similar...



If you are still in France, I may know someone near to you who might have an old pair of these perhaps.

Failing that how about VW camper or Beetle perhaps if it's only temporary?

The folding seats in the rear of the older london cabs might be an iidea. Plenty about at taxi breakers.
