I will need some paint for the 1967 CA van, 1) because it's not had the best of resprays and 2) it's been painted in the wrong colour!

On the chassis plate the paint code is "6BL" I can't find a modern equivalent code, neither can my paint shop supplier Sad

Any ideas?

Dave

I thought there would be a list of them in the front of the parts list as there is for my car, but there isn't. All I could think might be try one of the parts people like Adrian Bailey to see if they know.

My mate has a load of old paint colour chips, I can ask him at the weekend if you don't get anywhere.

ETA - beaten to it. Google must do different things for different people, I was getting nothing for 6BL but then I was searching with Bedford. Worth noting that they re-use paint codes in different years - 2RD goes from Monza Red to Volcano Red for example in the HC range.
