Hi.
We have just bought a lovely Waterbird Cygnet 12- 5 berth, (1967 I think). It is in need of external renovation to make her watertight. I was wondering if anyone could help me out and advise me/knows anyone in the North East (North Yorkshire) area who could help me please? Thanks. |

You make it all sound so easy Christine . I had no more than 'O'-level woodworking skills when I started my Carlight restoration Daisy, have a look at my blog; anything is possible if you have the heart! _________________ David Rachel

Thank you Christine and David,
Think I'm going to look at other restorations before I start dismantling- although I may be tempted to attempt removing a side to peak underneath- bit scared about what I'll find though and if I will manage to get back together again!!
Regards,

The idea was to share some of the experiences I had with people like yourself, simply because I often struggled to find any classic caravan restoration information. Unlike classic cars, there aren't many of us who are genuinely interested in restoring classic caravans. _________________ David Rachel
