I don't know exactly where this photo was taken but it was obviously somewhere in the American Corn Belt. |

Since it's a Nebraska State Historical Society photo My guess would be Omaha.

Ronnie,
Since it's a Nebraska (nickname the Cornhusker state) State Historical Society photo My guess would be Omaha.
There was a program on BBC4 last night about diesel engines and they said that Rudolph Diesel's intention was that his engine would run o peanut oil.

I looked quite closely at the picture but did not spot the copyright notice in the bottom right. |
