Yes, I liked them but I preferred the 'bobtailed' A90 better. That was my dream car a yoof.

I loved that engine! The first car that I had in Canada was a ratty 1958 Morris Isis. It was RHD but had a right hand gearshift that made the transition to driving on the 'wrong side' a lot easier.

I remember my father's A95, registration number KES 115, he sold it to 'Uncle' Alistair in Newton Mearns. Alistair had an artificial leg due to standing on a land mine during the war, he walked with a bit of a limp but his driving was much to be desired. He smashed the A95 one day and after a bit of a search found another A95 which wasn't quite roadworthy or taxed but that was't keeping him from driving so he changed the registration plated from KES onto his new car and kept it until the MOT ran out almost a year later _________________ ROVER
