Where to buy classic wiper blade rubbers?

I need to replace the rubbers in my wiper blades. They are traditional 11" Trico type blade with a slide in rubber. If I go into Halfords are they likely to have anything suitable? Or is it a case of go on-line these days? I don't need the metal part of the blade just the rubber insert.

Thoughts?

It seems that wiper 'refills' are hard to find nowadays.
Since most modern cars have much longer blades, I bought a complete plastic 24" blade, took out the rubber bit, cut it in half & got 2 'refills'.
& threw away the 24" plastic bits!

Thanks but no, they are not selling the rubbers. Perhaps I'll have to buy the blade as well... Confused

Rich, this is something I've been thinking about lately. I've been getting rubber refills via fleabay for the last few years, but the quality is lousy more recently and they no longer come with the wider (9mm?) backing strip that I need for my application. I've been having a look at the rear wiper blade assemblies on modern cars (some of them are quite small these days) wondering if they would fit complete, and have seen some promising ones - modern Fords mostly - but never seem to have a tape measure handy... Rolling Eyes Keep your eyes open whilst out and about, you might spot something suitable.

Strange Minxy honestly because I did exactly that before turning to the forums and I didn't see anything suitable. Halfords is all modern stuff.

And even Holden Classic Parts web site doesn't list them. I must be missing something, so can you post a link please?

Rich

Are you looking for a rigid blade like a squeegee for a totally flat screen, or for a refill for a 50's/60's style sprung blade?
(The car make/model might help).

They are sprung blades, 11" long similar (not identical) to these pictured. I've found some on eBay but they're too long at 12" - The fitting to the arm is what is called a "wrist" or "spoon" fitting, not the hook style. Happy to buy the complete blades.

Oh and they're for my Aston DB MkIII which has a slightly curved screen.

I thought so!
Holden do list them in their catalogue:

https://www.holden.co.uk/cataloguePDFs/cat11/Washers-Wipers.pdf

& scroll down almost to the end.
or try my idea & save £30!

Ah right, that's perfect thanks, these are not shown on their on-line website... the .pdf is much better.
