I have a bumler that I recently bought at a swap meet and I was told it is for a Lotus Elan. It is not for any type of Lotus, and I have no idea what it could be for. It does not have any markings or numbers on the inner side, or any identifying features for that matter. It is 52 inches long, about 3.5 wide. Its has mounts for overriders, and a spot welded seam in the center. Ive done numerous searches and emailed British bumper manufacturers with no success. I suspect it may be from an early bmw. The bumper shows no signs of wear, no rust on the inside, no dents. Any help is appreciated.

How do i post pictures from a mobile device?[/img]

As I recall, if it's the original Elan the bumper is from a Ford Anglia 105E.
