Afternoon all,

A few weeks back I was emailed this photo, with a request to identify what it was used for? I don't have any dimensions. It was found in South Africa, in the sea, by an amateur metal detectorist.

It appears to date from the 1950-55 period - before 1950 the shield had a diagonal pale blue stripe, and after 1955 the emblem changed back to the Austin name ... but I can't identify what vehicle that came from.
