Cars made from the early 1970s onwards do not look right in two tone paint, factory vinyl roofs were in fashion then and the only two tones produced since are, as far as I am aware Japanese double cab pick ups in the early 2000s.
I owned several - Nissan Navara, Mitsubishi L200 and Ford Ranger.

A 1950s or 1960s car in two tone paintwork looked rather special. Their lines suited the contrast and my favourites are as follows :

Sunbeam Rapier Mark One,

Ford Zephyr Zodiac Mark One

Austin A95

Even a more prosaic car such as a Wolseley 16/60 looked special;

What do you think and which two tone cars do you like?[/img]
