I am volunteering with my local archives to catalogue a large number of photographic plates (no captions), many dating from the early years of the 20th century.
I have two I would be grateful for any comments on e.g. vehicle make and model and approximate date.
I will post a link as then you can look under the photo for the "View larger image" function which allows yo to zoom in on the excellent quality of the details of these cars when they were new.
Here are the links to the Herefordshire History website and the 2 photos.

Hi
The dark coloured one is a Daimler, just look at the radiator top, I'll leave it to others to try for a model, but bear in mind that it might be a coach builders body.
It is a visitor from Cardiff

Probably a Bleriot XI with a covered rear fuselage.

P45.

The one with the pipe smoking, paper reading gentleman. He could be waiting for a mechanic to come fix it, the bonnet is open on far side, or looking through the car adverts in case the problem is serious.

Just wondering if the apparently broken down car might be a Wolseley- Siddeley from about 1910????

Thanks Paul, I have actually just found a note about this photo reading "probably a Panhard Levasseur". How does that sound?

I think it's safe to say it's not a Panhard Levassor: most Panhards of that period had a flat-topped radiator, except the sporting X19, but that had a rounded and pointed radiator which doesn't match this car.
