Hi minilover,
I think it's from a Mk 3 Ford Cortina 2000E, or one of the higher level trim models, around about 1975. It's the square headlight apertures that caught my eye, but its been a long time since I owned one so my memory might be a wee bit rusty.

Hi,
Yep it is a Mk 3 Cortina, I think the best Mk 3 was a 2.0L GLX
Does anyone know if Ford made a two door Mk 5 Cortina?
