| after it looked like not happening this year the annual april beach lawns car show looks to be back on, which is great news being quite a big show and one of the first ones of the year also the informal grove park monthly show/meet looks to be going ahead as last year, more details like dates to follow when i know them. |

Do you have a link for the Weston-Super-Mare Show?
It's usually Easter w/e Sat & Sun, I think, & during my annual UK trip.

yes we went, took the vitara as the consul has no front bumper and the wipers are rubbish in rain!
not a good as before, seems to be getting smaller each time, quite a few cars though still.
as for the shows, i met a few chaps who said they are now going to have the shows in 2019, the april one should be at easter.
sorry no links, not seen many at all for this show!
also the grove park ones should also run. |

We thought the show was pretty poor, very few decent autojumble stalls and lots of new tools/handbags and heat pad stalls, not motoring related.
It has been getting worse each time we go, 3 shows each year at the same place it doesn't do much for variety.

i think you are right, not enough jumble, we are going to the nec show in march and maybe the shepton summer show but might miss the 2 winter ones now. |

If it wasn't for meeting up with friends and having a chat the show would be totally worthless to us. We won't be going again to the November/February events.

looks like this show is back on
20-22nd april, beach lawns, wsm
also the grove park monthly meets are back on as well.
so good news for all local classic fans. |

We are going to put our 47 Hillman back on the road this year so we might bring her down to Weston in April.
