Hello all, after a couple of years of looking and lurking I have taken the plunge and acquired a 1934 Model Y.
Seems to be sounds mechanically and bodily albeit the paint work is far from perfect.
Only had it a couple of weeks so still getting to know it, I expect it will take quite a while to really know it inside and out.
It's pretty primitive to say the least but that's part of the appeal for me and styling wise I think it's the best looking small car of the pre-war period and the Model Y has an interesting history.
I'm slowly building an ever expanding list of jobs to be done so may be looking for help and advice! If anyone has the dimensions for the starting handle I'd be grateful. Didn't come with one so I want to have a go at making one.
